Electric Heat Service & Supply Return/Replacement Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase(s), please contact our Customer Service Team at 303-582-0135 within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase, as evidenced by your invoice and/or our records. We will then inform you if your product can be authorized for a return or replacement. Any products returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.
Any approved refund or replacement must be returned to EHSS in the original packaging, and all/any accessory parts must be included. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for any authorized returns/replacements.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for replacement products. A refund will only be issued upon receipt of the product in the condition explained above. No refund will be provided for any shipping, delivery, handling or insurance costs.
